In the afternoon, guests will be whisked away to the Kandyan drum-making district to witness this intricate ancient art. The Kandyan drum has over 26 varieties and has been used for musical ensembles the world over. Back at the hotel, the cultural experience continues with a delicious Kandyan Theme Dinner by the poolside with a generous spread of local cuisines and entertainment by a Kandyan dance troupe and fire breathers.
